By browsing and submitting your data on the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use:

1. Intellectual Property and License of Use:

You acknowledge and agree that the Site, as well as all of its content, videos, digital products, tutorials within the Systeme Tutorials section, presentations, trademarks, logos, code structures (HTML/CSS/Javascript), and training materials (collectively referred to as the "Content") are the exclusive property of IMCoach, Unipessoal, Lda. and/or its third-party providers and licensing partners (such as the Systeme.io automation platform).

By joining the OPB System Blueprint, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license solely for individual viewing and learning purposes.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, resell, share access to, or use the Content for commercial or public purposes without prior written authorization from the Company.

Any violation constitutes a crime of usurpation and counterfeiting under the Portuguese Copyright and Related Rights Code, subjecting the infringer to severe penalties and civil damages.

2. Third-Party Copyright and Support:

The Company strictly respects the intellectual property rights of others.

The Systeme.io tutorials included in the program OPB System Blueprint and in the bonus section belong to and are originally provided by the automation platform.

These technical tutorials are curated and included in the program strictly as a complementary resource to assist you in the implementation process, and they do not form part of the proprietary intellectual property of IMCoach, Unipessoal, Lda.

3. Electronic Communications:

By registering on the Site and submitting your email, you expressly consent to receive technical notices, invoices, content updates, informational newsletters, and commercial communications directly from the Company via electronic means (email).

4. Submissions and Suggestions:

Any comments, ideas, notes, or improvements submitted by you to the Company regarding the operation of the Site shall become the exclusive property of IMCoach, Unipessoal, Lda., and may be implemented and disclosed without any right to financial compensation or public acknowledgment.

CRITICAL SOFTWARE NOTICE:

The OPB System Blueprint includes educational content and recommendations regarding the Systeme.io platform.

If you (the user) choose to register, create a workspace, subscribe, or upgrade to a paid account on the Systeme.io platform, you do so voluntarily and enter into a direct, separate, and binding agreement with the owners and operators of that software (ITACWT LTD and/or its affiliates).

IMCoach, Unipessoal, Lda. acts strictly as an independent educational provider and an affiliate marketer of Systeme.io, in accordance with the official affiliate agreement established by the platform on its official website here.

Therefore, the Company assumes absolutely no legal, financial, or technical responsibility for any malfunctions, service interruptions, data losses, billing errors, or subscription management issues that occur within your third-party Systeme.io account.

Any such issues, disputes, or claims must be resolved exclusively between you and the Systeme.io support team in accordance with their own respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Exclusion of Financial Results Warranty:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The OPB System Blueprint is an exclusively educational, strategic, and technical program.

IMCoach, Unipessoal, Lda. teaches automation methodologies and business models, but DOES NOT GUARANTEE or promise any type of financial gain, return on investment, or revenue level.

Your financial success depends entirely on your own execution, your choice of micro-niche, the time dedicated to the project, your individual skills, and market dynamics.

You assume full responsibility for the inherent risks of creating and managing your own digital business.

7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from this contract, the parties elect the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Setúbal - Portugal, expressly waiving any other. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities in Portugal.

8. Access policy, pricing, and right of withdrawal (Refunds):

• Trial Period: The company grants a 7-day free trial access to the OPB System Blueprint. No credit card or payment information is required to access this temporary trial.

• Standard Subscription: To maintain access to the tutorial portal after the 7-day trial period expires, the user must explicitly opt to enter into an annual subscription of 17 eur/year. This subscription, once activated by the user, will automatically renew every 12 months.

• Affiliate Upgrade Exemption: If the user chooses to upgrade to an annual paid plan on the Systeme.io platform (e.g., annual promotional plans starting at 170 EUR/USD per year) using exclusively the Company's official affiliate link, they will be entitled to a full exemption from the future annual fees of OPB System Blueprint.

• Cancellation Mechanics: Once the upgrade is verified in our affiliate dashboard, the Company will send a confirmation email to the user and will proceed to manually cancel the automatic renewal of the 17 EUR/year subscription. The user will retain free access to the training portal as long as their Systeme.io account remains active and linked under our affiliate tracking.

• Exception to the Right of Withdrawal: Since this is an immediate-consumption digital content product, entering the membership portal extinguishes the 14-day right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014), no retroactive refunds of previously charged annual fees will be issued if the user performs the software upgrade after our portal's billing date.

• Abuse Prevention: Refund requests outside of these conditions will be evaluated strictly at the sole discretion of the Company to prevent abuse of the digital product system.

9. Updates to the Terms:

IMCoach, Unipessoal, Lda. reserves the right to review, modify, or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice, simply by publishing the updated version on this page of the Site.
